Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for F&A – I2C to drive end-to-end order-to-cash and related finance processes across client accounts. You will oversee masters data integrity, billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution while steering governance and performance reviews with client teams.

The role requires strong Finance domain expertise, data analytics capability, and leadership to improve cash flow and reduce DSO in a dynamic, global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting or related field.
• ACCA/CA/CIMA qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AR, billing, collections, and cash application processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLA/KPI targets, and customer expectations.
• Manage Customer Master, Order Management, Billing & Invoicing, AR, Collections, and Cash Application.
• Lead governance reviews with client stakeholders and drive performance through dashboards and MIS.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, collections efficiency, and customer experience.
• Drive reduction in DSO and improve CEI using data-driven insights.
• Oversee teams across multiple functions and mentor staff toward higher performance.
