Qualifications

• Handle desktop/laptop replacement, upgrades, and part replacements (HDD, RAM, battery, etc.).
• Support OS installation, configuration, and patch updates.
• Resolve issues related to printers, network connectivity, and common applications.
• Maintain asset records and update ticketing system.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware diagnosis and replacement.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation & troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi configuration).
