Job summary

Parle Tableting Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a service coordination professional to manage installation, maintenance, and breakdown support for manufacturing equipment in Gujarat. You will coordinate field engineers, plan spare parts, and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

The role requires 5+ years in service coordination, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems to drive service performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in service coordination within machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation sectors.
• Strong customer service, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and service management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
