Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service coordination preferred.

• Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, understand and coordinate customer repair and maintenance requests.
• Schedule service appointments with technicians and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed about service progress and status.
• Coordinate the availability of spare parts and components required for repairs.
• Handle enquiries related to music instruments, pricing, availability and services.
• Prepare quotations for instrument repairs, maintenance and sales.
• Process orders for new and used musical instruments, including accurate billing and registration.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service history and sales information in CRM.
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and sales representatives.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback and special requirements.
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups, address complaints and escalated unresolved issues appropriately.

Position: Service Coordinator | Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 & up to 2 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who can effectively connect customers, technicians and the sales team to ensure a smooth and responsive service experience. The role involves coordinating instrument repairs and maintenance, customer enquiries, service scheduling, quotations, CRM updates, sales support and customer satisfaction.
