Qualifications

• Graduate with strong communication and counselling skills.
• 2–4 years of relevant counsellor experience.
• Experience using CRM and handling student enrolment processes.
• Able to meet enrolment and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents and understand their learning requirements.
• Provide information on music courses, programmes and enrolment.
• Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, website and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and support lead conversion and enrolment.
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up records through CRM.
• Support students, parents and educators and ensure a positive student experience.
• Assist with school programmes, events and student-related activities.
• Handle initial student/teacher grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
• Achieve enrolment, sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare and maintain reports on enrolments, fee payments and related activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Counsellor to be the first point of contact for students and parents. The role involves student counselling, course enquiries, admissions, enrolment, follow-ups, CRM management and student support, while contributing to enrolment and revenue targets.
