Job summary

SWELECT Energy Systems Limited in Chennai, Tamil Nadu invites applications for a service coordination role in the solar installation and maintenance domain. You will register AMC quotations and installations, update the daily service MIS, and coordinate with regional teams.

The ideal candidate can manage multiple tasks, has good English communication, knowledge of solar and electrical systems, and can prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. Hindi is a plus.

• Maintain project expenses in soft copy related to service/ installations.
• Documentation in all respects to be maintained and updated.
• Collect service call reports for calls logged from branches.
• MIS details for SERVICE to be collected from all branches.
• Update customers on status of calls attended by service engineers.
• Coordinate with other departments for speedy delivery of spares.
• Keep higher authorities informed via email on day-to-day correspondence.

• Following up with all regions for completion of Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintaining project expenses in soft copy related to service / installations.
• Documentation in all respects to be maintained and updated.
• Service call reports to be collected for calls logged from the concerned branches.
• The details with regard to MIS report on SERVICE to be collected from all concerned branches.
• Updating the customers on the status of the calls attended by service engineers.
• In case spares are required for closure of calls, Coordination with other departments for speedy delivery of spares.
• Keeping all higher authorities duly informed through e mail on the day to day correspondence
