Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations, coordinate with technicians and customers, and ensure the timely completion of service activities. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service and maintenance activities with technicians and service teams.
• Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requests.
• Maintain service reports, trackers, and records using MS Excel.
• Monitor technician attendance, work status, and service completion updates.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.

Required Skills
