Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced professional to perform Airbus Service Bulletin (SB) authoring across multiple aircraft programs. You will independently analyze and prepare SB-related documentation, create and revise configuration analyses, and interpret complex mechanical and electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Airbus SB Authoring and related processes.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Skilled in MOD and TRS analyses.
• Familiarity with S1000D, iSpec 2200 and ASD STE-100 standards.
• Understanding of aircraft systems, structures and cabins.

Responsibilities

• Perform SB Authoring for Airbus SB projects across A319/A320/A321 (SA), A330 (LR), A340 (MB), A350 (XWB).
• Independently conduct analysis and preparation activities for Airbus SB projects.
• Create and revise configuration analyses and SB preparation activities.
• Analyze mechanical and electrical drawings and perform MOD/TRS analyses.
• Execute SB preparation processes and review SBCR, Preparation Sheets, Offer Letters, SBO documents.
• Conduct pre/post-modification drawings identification via SB standards.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality compliance; manage workload.
• Perform DCT checks per customer requirements.

Your Role

• Perform SB (Service Bulletin) Authoring for Airbus SLUD/SEMB programs across:
  • SA (A319, A320, A321)
  • LR (A330)
  • MB (A340)
  • XWB (A350)
• Independently perform analysis and preparation activities for Airbus SLUD SB projects.
• Create and revise configuration analysis and SB preparation activities.
• Analyze and interpret Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
• Perform MOD and TRS analysis.
• Execute Mechanical and Electrical SB preparation processes.
• Analyze SBCR, Preparation Sheets, Offer Letters, and SBO documents.
• Conduct configuration analysis as per Airbus SB standards to identify pre and post-modification drawings.
• Manage workload effectively while ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality compliance.
• Perform DCT checks as per customer requirements.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Airbus Service Bulletin (SB) Authoring.
• Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical drawing interpretation.
• Expertise in MOD Analysis and TRS Analysis.
• Familiarity with Airbus SB preparation methodology and processes.
• Knowledge of Airbus standards:

• Understanding of:
