Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Services is seeking an experienced AMM content specialist to prepare, update, and validate aircraft maintenance manuals in line with Airbus standards. You will work on airframe and system documentation, interpret drawings, and coordinate with engineering and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of AMM, ATA specs, and S1000D/iSpec 2200 concepts, with a hybrid work arrangement and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 9 years+ experience and knowledge of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Analyze engineering inputs, Service Bulletins, design changes, and customer requests.
• Prepare and update AMM/TSM procedures, maintenance tasks, and related technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus documentation standards, ATA specifications, and project guidelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, IPC, SRM, and source data.
• Create and maintain technical content using Airbus authoring tools.
• Incorporate review comments within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams.
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) objectives.
• Perform self-quality checks before submission.
• Understanding of ATA chapters and aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of S1000D/iSpec 2200 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and validate AMM content for Airbus aircraft.
• Work on Airframe and Systems per Airbus standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform self-quality checks and ensure RFT/OTD objectives are met.
