Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in aerospace or related engineering field.
• Experience in Airbus Technical Publication, Service Bulletin Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or SB Test activities.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain SB Test dossiers as per Airbus SB requirements.
• Perform configuration analysis to identify pre- and post-modification drawings for SB testing.
• Analyze technical data sources such as TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS, and other documents.
• Develop and revise Airbus SB Tests for WB, SA, LR, MB, and A350 XWB programs.
• Conduct access studies to determine SB work locations.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical mock-up requirements for SB testing.
• Develop HPP based on Airbus-provided source data.
• Participate in customer discussions and resolve technical queries.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, RFT targets, and KPIs.
• Manage workload to achieve On-Time Delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D).
• Follow workflow processes including DCT, DCP, DCA, INC, and DCR within SB Test environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SB Test Engineer with experience in Airbus Service Bulletin (SB) Test activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation, revision, validation, and maintenance of SB Test dossiers while ensuring compliance with Airbus standards, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.

Role & responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain Service Bulletin (SB) Test dossiers as per Airbus SB requirements.
• Perform configuration analysis in accordance with Airbus SB standards to identify required pre- and post-modification drawings for SB testing.
• Analyze technical requirements and related data sources such as TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS, and other relevant documents.
• Develop and revise Airbus SEMB/SLUD SB Tests for Wide Body (WB), Single Aisle (SA), Long Range (LR), Military (MB), and A350 XWB programs.
• Conduct access studies to determine and specify work locations for SB implementation.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical mock-up requirements necessary for SB testing.
• Develop HPP (Hard Pin Programming) based on Airbus-provided source data.
• Participate actively in customer discussions and resolve technical queries.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, Right First Time (RFT) targets, and project KPIs.
• Manage workload effectively to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) commitments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Why and 8D.
• Follow and comply with workflow processes including DCT, DCP, DCA, INC, and DCR within the SB Test environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Airbus Technical Publication, Service Bulletin Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or SB Test activities.
