Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Data Preparator (AMM) to author, update, and validate AMM content for Airframe and System areas in line with Airbus standards and project requirements.

You will work with Airbus tools like GIPSY, GIDOCA, ZAMIZ, DACAS, and PDMLink, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating across Engineering, Quality, and Program teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Understanding of ATA chapters and aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of S1000D/iSpec 2200 concepts.
• Technical writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and publication tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering inputs, Service Bulletins, design changes, and customer requests.
• Prepare and update AMM/TSM procedures, maintenance tasks, and related technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus documentation standards, ATA specifications, and project guidelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, IPC, SRM, and source data.
• Create and maintain technical content using Airbus authoring tools.
• Incorporate review comments within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams.
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) objectives.
• Perform self-quality checks before submission.

Your Role

Good experience in authoring AMM of Airbus programs SA/LR/MB/XWB.Must have worked on Airframe and Systems ATA chapters.Hands-on-experience on the Airbus tools - GIPSY GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, PDMLink.Must have sound knowledge in understanding engineering drawings, specifications and various other engineering documents.
