Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in India seeks a skilled professional to prepare, update, and validate Airbus AMM content for airframe and systems, aligning with Airbus standards and project quality objectives. The role calls for knowledge of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation, ability to analyze service bulletins and design changes, and experience with Airbus authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Ability to analyze service bulletins, design changes and customer requests.
• Prepare and update AMM/TSM procedures, maintenance tasks and related docs.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus standards, ATA specs and project guidelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and source data.
• Create and maintain technical content using Airbus authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and validate AMM content for Airframe and System.
• Incorporate review comments within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Program teams.
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Perform self-quality checks before submission.
• Understand ATA chapters and aircraft systems.

Your Role

You will be Responsible for preparing, updating, and validating Airbus Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) content of Airframe and System in accordance with Airbus authoring standards, customer requirements, regulatory guidelines, and project quality objectives.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of AMM and aircraft maintenance documentation.
• Analyze engineering inputs, Service Bulletins, design changes, and customer requests.
• Prepare and update AMM/TSM procedures, maintenance tasks, and related technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus documentation standards, ATA specifications, and project guidelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, IPC, SRM, and source data.
• Create and maintain technical content using Airbus authoring tools.
• Incorporate review comments within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams.
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) objectives.
• Perform self-quality checks before submission.
• Understanding of ATA chapters and aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of S1000D/iSpec 2200 concepts.
