Job summary

Armtech Computer Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced L2 Support engineer to manage Windows/Linux servers and network infrastructure, ensuring stable operations and timely incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on server installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting; CCNA certification is a must; you will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and firewall issues, perform patching, backups, and health checks, and handle escalated incidents per SLA.

Qualifications

• L2 support experience for servers and networks.
• Hands-on server installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Patch management, backups, and regular health checks.
• Ability to handle escalated incidents per SLA.

Responsibilities
