Job summary

RF Managed Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced IT professional to provide L2 network and systems support for Linux servers and applications. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to incident resolution to protect production systems.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in L2 level support.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in working with Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
