Job summary

CBY Services Pvt. ltd is seeking a Monitoring & First-Level Support Engineer in Mumbai, India. This role involves troubleshooting for network incidents, handling router/firewall alerts, and coordinating with vendors in a 24x7 environment.

Ideal candidates will possess a basic understanding of networking principles, possess good communication skills, and be willing to work in shifts. CCNA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level troubleshooting for network incidents and service requests.
• Handle alerts related to routers, switches, firewalls, and links.
• Identify, log, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per SLA.
• Perform basic configuration changes under supervision.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for link-related issues.
• Follow SOPs, change management, and security policies.
