Job summary

PACIFIC is seeking a seasoned security professional to lead daily security operations at our Jaipur site. Responsibilities include deploying and supervising guards, monitoring CCTV, and handling incidents with prompt reporting.

You will also manage crowd and traffic flow, enforce safety and compliance, and maintain thorough documentation. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in security/operations, with SSC or Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in real estate, malls, or hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• Educational background: SSC pass or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 7–10 years in security/operations.
• Industry experience: Real Estate, Malls, Operations or Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Oversee daily security operations across the premises.
• Guard Deployment & Supervision: Deploy, manage, and supervise security personnel at designated post locations.
• CCTV Monitoring & Patrolling: Ensure continuous surveillance via CCTV and conduct regular physical patrolling.
• Incident & Emergency Management: Efficiently handle emergencies, security breaches, and safety incidents.
• Crowd & Traffic Management: Manage crowd flow and vehicular traffic within and around the site.
• Loss Prevention: Implement proactive measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage to property.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to safety protocols, statutory norms, and company procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and operational documentation.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise external security contractors and service vendors.
• Training & Discipline: Conduct regular briefings, safety trainings, and maintain strict discipline among security personnel.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Educational Background: SSC pass or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of experience in security/operations.
• Industry Experience: Preferred background in Real Estate, Malls, Operations, or Hospitality sectors
