Job summary

Brilliant Hotels Group is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for our Indore location to lead security operations across the property, ensuring guest and staff safety, vehicle management, and vendor coordination.

You will supervise a guards team, coordinate with security and valet agencies, and ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance are followed. Strong leadership and hospitality security background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Briefing the guards/drivers and deploying them on duty.
• Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious activity.
• Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.
• Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
• Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
• Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents and security breaches.
• Apprehending trespassers and perpetrators.
• Maintaining activity logs and preparing surveillance reports.
• Training the staff on fire & Safety and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Taking rounds of the property.
• Monitor security feeds and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents and assist visitors/employees during emergencies.
• Responsible for the security of building, guests, staff, parking and vendors.
• Train and supervise the Security Guards Team.
• Coordinate with deputed Security Agency, Valet Agency, Decorators & Vendors
• Ensure standards and procedures are followed.
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
• Good leadership.
• Candidate preferably from Hotel/Service Industry.
