Pacific Development Corporation is seeking an experienced security professional for mall security operations in Jaipur. You will oversee daily security procedures, deploy and supervise guards, monitor CCTV and patrols, and manage incident response to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

The role includes coordinating crowd control, loss prevention, and safety programs, while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualificações

• SSC or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry experience in real estate, shopping malls, operations or hospitality is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Security Operations: Oversee day-to-day security procedures and protocols.
• Guard Deployment & Supervision: Direct and manage security staff positioning and performance.
• CCTV Monitoring & Patrolling: Ensure continuous surveillance, monitoring, and perimeter checks.
• Incident & Emergency Management: Handle emergency situations, incidents, and swift response actions.
• Crowd & Traffic Management: Regulate movement of people and vehicles on mall premises.
• Loss Prevention: Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and asset damage.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and security policy compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain security logs, incident records, and operational reports.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee external security agencies and vendor teams.
• Training & Discipline: Conduct training sessions for security staff and maintain high standards of discipline.
