Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team at QuantaOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
  
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis
  
• Create and maintain keyword mapping and content optimization strategies
  
• Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques
  
• Develop and manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies
  

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
  
• Optimize website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking
  
• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup and structured data
  
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page load speeds
  
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and crawl budget optimization
  
• Collaborate with development team to resolve technical SEO issues
  

Content Optimization

• Work closely with content team to optimize existing content and guide new content creation.
  
• Develop SEO-friendly content briefs and guidelines
  
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and on-page elements
  
• Implement content clustering and topic modeling strategies
  
• Ensure content aligns with search intent and user experience.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
  
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics
  
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
  
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research
  
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  
• 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a similar industry
  
• Demonstrated track record of improving organic search performance
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO best practices
  
• Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and search engine guidelines
