Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SEO Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The SEO Specialist will manage day-to-day search optimization activities, including conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, and implementing recommendations across websites and landing pages. The role involves optimizing site structure, metadata, and content for search engines, monitoring rankings and traffic, and using web analytics tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The SEO Specialist will develop and execute link-building strategies, coordinate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied, and prepare regular performance reports. Collaboration with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns and growth goals is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, with the ability to identify opportunities and optimize content for search intent.
• Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits, including technical, content, and structural assessments, and translating findings into actionable plans.
• Hands-on experience with Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining a healthy backlink profile in line with search engine guidelines.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance, build reports, and inform optimization decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
