Job summary

Rajarshi Solutions in India is seeking an SEO Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, increasing organic traffic and SERP rankings for diverse clients.

You will perform keyword research, audits, optimize on-page and technical SEO, collaborate with content and design teams, and monitor performance with GA4, Search Console, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Strong on-page, off-page, and technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, and industry tools.
• Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and Core Web Vitals.
• CMS familiarity (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and SERP rankings.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend actionable fixes to improve site performance.
• Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for on-page SEO.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes from Google and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage backlink acquisition strategies and disavow toxic links.
• Track and report SEO performance metrics, generating monthly reports and insights.
• Identify opportunities for voice search optimization, featured snippets, and rich snippets.
• Contribute to the development of content marketing strategies with a strong focus on E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Expertise with industry tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing.
• Experience in using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
