PHIBUZZ DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANY is seeking an SEO Expert to enhance organic visibility, rankings, and traffic. You will handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, conduct keyword research, and use analytics tools to inform improvements.

You will collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices and stay ahead of Google algorithm updates. This is an in-person role located in India (Punjab).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, CS or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years hands-on SEO experience with proven traffic/ranking improvements.
• Experience using Search Console, GA4, and popular SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analyses.
• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues: crawlability, indexing, site structure, speed, mobile.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building to boost domain authority.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other KPIs.
• Analyze performance with Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools; report findings.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on Google updates, trends, and best practices.
• Audit sites and prepare detailed SEO improvement plans.

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert who can improve our website’s organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and overall digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, broken links, and mobile optimization.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Analyze website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools.
• Create regular SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Identify new opportunities for organic growth, featured snippets, local SEO, and content optimization.
• Audit websites periodically and prepare detailed SEO improvement plans.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Excellent knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.
• Understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, canonicalization, redirects, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO.
• Candidates with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings will be preferred.
