Job summary

P99soft is seeking a hands-on SEO & SEM Specialist to drive organic and paid search for our B2B portfolio from Hyderabad. You will own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and Google/LinkedIn ads to generate qualified leads.

With 2–3 years of experience, you’ll collaborate with Content, Design, and Sales teams, analyze data in GA4, and optimize landing pages for higher conversion, while contributing to ongoing performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Research potential prospects' searches and build keyword strategy.

We are seeking a hands‑on SEO & SEM Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in SEO, paid search, and B2B digital marketing.

Job Title: SEO & SEM Specialist

Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid

Experience: 2–3 Years

What This Role Does

Own both organic (SEO) and paid (Google and LinkedIn Ads) search for a P99Soft — the goal is to bring in the right kind of website visitors and turn them into qualified leads, not just traffic.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Research what potential prospects/customers are searching for, and build keyword strategy around it
• Optimize website pages (blogs, service pages, landing pages) so they rank better on Google
• Fix technical SEO issues (site speed, broken links, mobile issues, etc.)
• Run and manage Google and LinkedIn Ads campaigns — budgets, targeting, keywords, ad copy
• Track what's working using GA4, Search Console, and conversion data
• Improve landing pages to convert more visitors into leads (A/B testing, fixing weak CTAs, etc.)
• Work closely with Content, Design, Web Development, Sales/SDR and internal teams for the right messaging and quality of leads
• Send weekly/monthly reports showing performance improvement and next steps
