Job summary

P99soft is seeking a Marcom Associate to own content, campaigns, and communications. You will turn technical jargon into clear, customer-facing messaging across blogs, social, sales materials, and events from Hyderabad.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in B2B marketing with a focus on content strategy and demand generation. You will plan calendars, write blogs, translate technical details for non-experts, and support integrated campaigns including webinars, decks, and case studies.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing strategy and content planning experience.

Responsibilities

What this role does:

Own content, campaigns, and communication for P99Soft — turning technical jargon into clear, customer-facing messaging across blogs, social, sales materials, and events.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Plan and run the monthly/quarterly content & communication calendar
• Write and assist with blogs, case studies, solution briefs, and thought-leadership pieces
• Translate technical details (from SMEs/leadership) into content non-experts can understand
• Repurpose long content into social posts, emails, and campaign assets
• Manage organic social (mainly LinkedIn), including leadership's personal thought-leadership posts
• Coordinate website/landing page content with SEO, design, and web teams
• Support bigger integrated campaigns — social, email, paid, webinars, ABM
• Build sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, case studies
• Coordinate webinars and events (including with tech partners)
• Report on what's working — engagement, leads, business impact
