Passion Minds Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a hands-on SEO & Performance Marketing specialist to boost organic visibility and lead quality for B2B industrial clients.

You will run technical SEO audits, plan content with writers, manage Google Ads and LinkedIn/Meta campaigns, and track results using GA4 and Looker Studio. Strong English and WordPress experience are preferred. Collaborate with clients and teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve traffic and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results (traffic, rankings, leads)
• At least 1-2 years running Google Ads campaigns with real budgets
• Strong grasp of technical SEO, on-page SEO and ethical link building
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console and Google Ads conversion tracking
• Comfortable with SEO tools
• Experience with WordPress
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience with B2B, industrial, manufacturing or engineering websites
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
• Exposure to AEO/GEO and AI search visibility
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Agency experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax), and LinkedIn/Meta Ads where relevant
• Manage keyword strategy, negative keywords, ad copy testing and landing page improvements
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (forms, calls, WhatsApp)
• Bring down cost per lead and improve lead quality within client budgets
• Track performance in GA4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio
• Prepare clear monthly reports focused on leads and business outcomes
• Explain results and recommendations to clients in simple terms
