Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Senior SEO & Performance Marketer to own and scale our organic and paid acquisition channels. In this role, you’ll drive search visibility, lead generation, and pipeline growth for the RADIUS platform across global enterprise audiences. You’ll balance organic SEO and content strategy with paid performance campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, working closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to turn search intent into qualified demand. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong analytical rigor with hands‑on campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy — technical, on‑page, and off‑page — to grow organic visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping for B2B SaaS audiences.
- Collaborate with content teams to plan and optimize blogs, landing pages, and pillar content.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, page speed, schema, and crawlability.
- Build and execute link‑building and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority.
Paid Performance & Demand Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and lower CAC.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rate.
- Drive B2B lead generation and pipeline contribution through performance channels.
- Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization across campaigns and funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs across organic and paid channels (traffic, rankings, MQLs, CPL, ROAS).
- Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership.
- Use data to inform budget allocation, channel mix, and growth experiments.
- Monitor attribution and conversion paths to optimize the full funnel.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing, ideally for B2B or SaaS brands
- Proven hands‑on expertise managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns at scale
- Strong command of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution setup
- Solid understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and search intent
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, and CAC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Experience running A/B tests and landing page optimization (familiarity with CRO principles)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualification
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Working knowledge of content marketing and demand‑generation funnels
- Exposure to Meta, YouTube, or other paid social channels
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Marketing
What You’ll Deliver
- A scalable SEO engine driving sustained organic traffic and rankings
- High‑performing paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn with measurable pipeline impact
