Job summary

Dreamcast is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth across traditional search and AI-driven platforms. You will own Technical SEO, Content SEO, GA4/GSC reporting, and data-driven optimization to boost visibility, rankings, and conversions.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement end-to-end strategies, mentor junior staff, and stay ahead of AI search developments, GEO/AEO trends, and E-E-A-T best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology websites.
• Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local, and Content SEO.
• Practical experience with AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and Generative Search Optimization.
• Strong understanding of E-E-A-T, semantic SEO, entity SEO, topical authority, and search intent.
• Experience with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Surfer SEO.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute organic growth strategies across traditional search and emerging AI-driven search platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, AI SEO, GEO, AEO, E-E-A-T, and data-driven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Drive AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search experiences.
• Develop Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and AI-generated answers.
• Conduct comprehensive Technical SEO audits, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonicalization, and JavaScript SEO.
• Build keyword research, content gap, competitor analysis, and topic-cluster strategies.
• Implement E-E-A-T best practices to strengthen content authority, trust, and topical relevance.
• Work closely with content, development, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor and improve organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
• Develop strategies for programmatic SEO, internal linking, structured data, and content optimization.
• Track performance through GA4 and Google Search Console and provide regular SEO reports and actionable insights.
• Identify algorithm updates, search trends, AI-search developments, and emerging SEO opportunities.
• Lead and mentor SEO team members and ensure execution of SEO initiatives within timelines.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with SaaS, B2B, or technology websites.
• Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local, and Content SEO.
• Practical experience with AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and Generative Search Optimization.

• Working knowledge of schema markup, HTML, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-powered SEO/content tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS / B2B SEO and international markets.
• Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
• Understanding of LLM optimization, knowledge graphs, entity-based search, and AI citation/visibility tracking.
• Experience managing SEO campaigns and mentoring junior SEO professionals.
