Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in content marketing and technical SEO, along with proficiency in tools like SEMRush and Google Search Console.

The Content & SEO Lead is the strategic voice of the company, responsible for dominating both traditional search engines and modern AI‑discovery platforms. Success looks like a high‑authority content engine that produces 8+ high‑impact pieces per month, consistently ranking in "Position Zero" and AI‑generated snippets. You will blend analytical SEO expertise with creative storytelling to ensure our brand is the definitive answer to our customers' most pressing questions. Your role is vital for driving top‑of‑funnel awareness and establishing the company as a credible thought leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy to increase organic visibility.
• Produce 8+ high‑quality content pieces per month, utilising AI tools to draft and human insight to refine.
• Manage the master content and social media calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all channels.
• Conduct regular keyword research and gap analysis to identify new traffic opportunities.
• Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and content‑driven conversions.
• Optimize existing website copy and blog posts to maintain relevance and competitive ranking.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrens, and Google Search Console.
• Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to accelerate content production without sacrificing quality.
• Strong portfolio of published B2B content that demonstrates high EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).

Preferred / Good‑to‑Have:

• Experience in social media community management.
• Basic understanding of HTML for on‑page SEO tweaks.
• Familiarity with PR and backlink acquisition strategies.
