Job description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO analysts & specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in AI-powered tools and workflows
• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including leading digital teams in SaaS or B2B tech environments
• Proven success with AI-powered and automation-first SEO approaches and experience adapting to major algorithm and SERP shifts (eg, Google SGE, generative AI content)
• Expertise using enterprise SEO suites (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, DeepCrawl, Sitebulb, etc), with a strong grasp of custom analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and API integrations
• Advanced technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, headless CMSes, and web privacy compliance
• Demonstrated track record in launching programmatic and AI-generated content, E-E-A-T amplification, and advanced link building campaigns for SaaS
• Experience integrating SEO with product, content, and growth marketing teams (including PLG environments)
• Proficiency with markup languages (HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals) and version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Basecamp, or similar)Certifications in SEO, GA4, Google Ads, or AI/ML platforms are a strong plus
