Qualifications

• 3+ years of pure SEO experience (on-page, off-page, tech).
• Proven ability to scale local SEO + ecommerce SEO.
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for service pages, local city pages, and D2C product pages.
• Create keyword clusters for hyperlocal, D2C, and insurance categories.
• Improve internal linking, schema, page UX, and topical authority.
• Lead AI-driven content briefs, optimization, and scaling.
• Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat strategies and city-wise authority building.
• Conduct regular technical audits and collaborate with developers to fix Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, robots, and structured data.
• Manage 100+ dynamic hyperlocal pages with automation + AI.
• Build automated dashboards for traffic, SERP movement, conversions, and ROI.

• Off-Page SEO
  • Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat, authoritative strategies.
  • Manage city-wise authority building for 50+ hyperlocal service pages.
  • Drive organic mentions through PR, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships.
• Technical SEO
  • Conduct regular technical audits (crawl budget, indexing, site performance).
  • Collaborate with developers to fix Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, robots, structured data.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale 100+ dynamic hyperlocal pages with automation + AI.
  • Resolve issues impacting crawlability, duplication, dynamic URLs, or mobile performance.
• Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content briefs, competitor gap analysis, and reporting.
• Build automated dashboards for traffic, SERP movement, conversions, and page-level ROI.
• Implement systems that decrease manual effort and increase SEO velocity.
