Role Description: SEO Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization initiatives across on-page, off-page, and AI-driven SEO strategies. This role will be pivotal in driving organic visibility, increasing website traffic, and improving conversion through innovative SEO practices.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in traditional SEO, hands-on experience with modern AI SEO tools, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct technical audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.

On-Page & Technical SEO

Optimize site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and page content for search engines and users.
Ensure site health and speed align with SEO best practices.

Off-Page SEO

Build and execute a strong backlink acquisition strategy.
Develop partnerships and outreach programs to grow domain authority.

AI SEO & Automation

Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, clustering, and predictive SEO.
Implement data-driven insights to continuously improve rankings and discover new opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of proven experience in SEO management with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience with AI SEO tools (e.g., ChatGPT-based workflows, etc.).
Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with content, product, and marketing teams.
