Job summary

airpay payment services is seeking an experienced SEO lead to own and execute the complete SEO roadmap aimed at driving organic traffic, app installs, and revenue growth. The role requires deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and trusted analytics across GA4 and Looker Studio.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX and Content teams to build authoritative backlinks and optimize pages using AI-led search practices. A strong background in FinTech or BFSI SEO is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of SEO experience with FinTech, WealthTech, InsurTech, BFSI or lending sectors.
• Strong expertise in GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual SEO roadmap and growth strategy.
• Drive keyword leadership across mutual funds, SIPs, wealth management, health insurance, life insurance, term plans, business loans and MSME finance.
• Execute technical SEO audits, content optimization, structured data and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX and Content teams.
• Build authority through digital PR and backlink acquisition.
• Create dashboards and leadership reviews.
• Work closely with content and tech team.
• Optimizing existing and new pages content as per SEO, ASO, AEO and AI Searches best practices.
• Implement and maintain SEO, Schema and structured data to support search engine and AI-led discovery.
• Should have hand on experience on tools like SEMRush or Ahref
• Knowledge about google search console, GA4, Sitemap and robots.txt
