Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong copywriting with excellent command of English.
• Experience using generative AI writing assistants to accelerate research and drafting.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog), GA4, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
• Proficient in managing and publishing content via CMS.

Responsibilities

• On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Optimize website architecture, landing pages, HTML tags, and internal links. Execute high-quality backlink strategies, outreach, and local citation building.
• Content Writing & AI Assistance: Research, draft, and write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing page copy, and marketing collateral. Strategically leverage generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper) to scale content production, brainstorm ideas, and generate outlines, while ensuring the final output maintains a human touch, high editorial standards, and strong E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
• Content Management: Own the content calendar from ideation to publishing. Collaborate with design and product teams, manage the content pipeline within our CMS, and systematically audit/refresh outdated content to maintain rankings.
• Google Ads & GMB Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid search (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI. Actively manage and optimize our Google My Business (GMB) profiles to dominate local search packs.
• AI Engine Optimization (GEO/AIO): Adapt traditional SEO strategies for AI-driven engines (like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Google Gemini) by structuring data for LLMs and securing citations in AI-generated answers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and PPC performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like Semrush/Ahrefs.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing roles.
• Content & AI Proficiency: Strong copywriter with an excellent command of English. Demonstrated experience using generative AI writing assistants effectively to accelerate research and drafting without sacrificing quality.
• SEO & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog), GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads Manager.
• CMS Knowledge: Proficient in managing and publishing content via Content Management Systems (preferrably any modern CMS).
• Adaptability: Up-to-date with the latest trends in search algorithms, content marketing strategies, and AI search developments.
