Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist

Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to manage SEO, AI SEO, social media campaigns, email marketing, and B2B lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize website content for SEO and AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI).
• Execute LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns and track performance.
• Create HTML emailers/newsletters for internal and external campaigns.
• Track website and campaign visitors using Apollo and other marketing tools.
• Identify relevant companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
• Build prospect lists and add relevant contacts to targeting and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead-generation metrics.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and insights.

Required Skills

• 24 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / B2B marketing / demand generation.
• Strong SEO experience; exposure to AI SEO/GEO/AEO preferred.
• Experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience in LinkedIn campaigns and B2B lead generation.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and HTML/CSS.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Candidate Profile to Target

Prioritize B2B/IT services/SaaS marketers with hands-on experience in SEO, Apollo, LinkedIn prospecting, campaign execution, and HTML emailers.

Hiring recommendation:

Keep 2-4 years as the target. 34 years would be the sweet spot for this requirement.
