Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior Windows / Wintel L3 Engineer supporting Innogrity Solution in Bangalore, India, you will take full operational, architectural, and tactical ownership of Windows Server administration, advanced root-cause analysis, and cross-functional team leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Hyper-V, and VMware ESXi/vCenter virtualization clusters, resolving complex L3 boot issues, memory dumps, and server crashes, and integrating hybrid cloud workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS. You will also oversee ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes, automate administrative workflows using PowerShell and Python, and guide L1/L2 support squads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, configure, and maintain robust Microsoft Windows Server environments and enterprise data centers.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and enterprise identity services.
