Detailed Job Description

As an Azure Active Directory L2 Engineer supporting Techedge Solution across Hyderabad and Bangalore, you will take full operational, architectural, and tactical ownership of AD infrastructure management, group policy design, replication topologies, and hybrid identity governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering AD sites and services, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP, managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises synchronization, hardening AD security baselines, and resolving complex infrastructure incidents utilizing ServiceNow. You will operate in a collaborative agile environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional IT operations, cybersecurity, and software engineering squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise Active Directory infrastructure, domain controllers, and forest trusts.
