Twsp The Wedding Saga is seeking an experienced wedding planner to lead client interactions, translate visions into stunning wedding experiences, and manage end-to-end execution. You will coordinate with couples, families, vendors and internal teams to deliver luxury event results.

The role demands strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and stay composed under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wedding planning/event management experience.
• Experience with luxury or destination weddings.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and understand the couple's vision and priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant wedding planning/event management experience, preferably with luxury or destination weddings.
• Strong client-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Strong understanding of dcor, hospitality, logistics and wedding production.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors and family stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure.
