Job summary

TWC Technologies is seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to lead design, planning, and execution for weddings in Jaipur, India. You will consult with clients, develop bespoke themes, and coordinate venues, décor, catering, and entertainment to ensure flawless events.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution while mentoring junior planners. Weekend availability and strong negotiation skills are essential.

• Manage guest lists, RSVP, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Implement overall wedding design and dcor to align with clients vision.
