We are seeking an AV Engineer to support day-to-day Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) operations across global environments. The role involves monitoring AV/VC endpoints, troubleshooting user issues, supporting meetings and events, managing AV device inventory, and maintaining asset compliance. Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco Webex is required.
The AV Engineer will perform daily health checks of AV/VC endpoints, maintain checklists, and respond to support requests received through telephone and email. The engineer will troubleshoot issues remotely or provide on-site assistance when required.
The role also includes pre-testing meeting rooms for high-profile meetings, supporting auditorium and event activities, installing and reinstalling AV equipment, handling tickets and incidents, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The engineer will maintain global AV asset inventories, ensure CMDB compliance, create or remove Webex profiles, and perform basic network troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience supporting AV/VC environments, with practical knowledge of endpoint troubleshooting, meeting room support, AV equipment, and ticket handling. The candidate should be comfortable providing both remote and on-site support and working during planned events or weekend activities when required.
