Falcon Smart IT is seeking a Senior UK IT Recruiter located in Trichy for full-time onsite engagement. The candidate should bring 5–6 years of UK staffing and recruitment experience, capable of sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for UK clients.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing via portals, interviewing, coordinating with clients, negotiating offers, and onboarding support, while building strong candidate and vendor relationships.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented UK IT Recruiter with 5-6 years of experience in UK staffing and recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, understanding of UK recruitment processes, and familiarity with various job portals and sourcing techniques.
