• Destination Expertise: Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, holiday packages, itineraries, and travel experiences.
• Holiday Planning: Design customized travel packages based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• DMC Coordination: Build strong relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), negotiate competitive rates, and secure the best deals.
• Sales & Conversion: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, confidently pitch packages, handle objections, and close sales.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Client Relationships: Deliver professional consultation, timely follow-ups, and seamless booking experiences.
