Job summary

Wipro in Pune, India, seeks a Senior Transition Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of service transitions from clients to operations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

You will own end-to-end transitions, develop transition plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive governance with stakeholders, while guiding the project team to meet quality standards and pre-sales support.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of aligned transitions, including schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition of services and processes.
• Manage the transition team and address complex issues during the transition process.
• Maintain open communication and drive governance with all stakeholders.

Education

• Any Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, or master’s degree is preferred).

Experience

• Total 13+ years of experience with minimum 8 years of experience in transition management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
