Job summary

GEP University seeks a Senior Trainer to design and deliver engaging product training programs for global customers and internal teams. You will create learning content, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

You will lead instructor-led sessions, onboard customers, and design updated training materials while coordinating with Product, Consulting, and Delivery teams to measure impact and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Corporate Training / Product Training experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS product training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience creating training content and learning materials.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with excellent time management.
• Passion for teaching and coaching others.
