About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Trainer to join our learning & development team at Policybazaar. In this role, you will lead end-to-end classroom training sessions to equip our sales team with deep product knowledge, effective sales strategies, and customer handling techniques. If you possess hands-on experience in and a passion for coaching, onboarding, and scaling high-performing sales teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• -Product & Sales Training: Deliver interactive classroom training on Health Insurance products, selling techniques, objection handling, pitch customization, and closing strategies to sales reps and team leads.
• -Onboarding & Skill Building: Train new hires on product features, domain knowledge, customer communication techniques, and internal systems to ensure quick time-to-productivity.
• -Training Needs Identification (TNI/TNA): Identify performance gaps across teams and conduct targeted refresher sessions to boost ongoing productivity and conversion metrics.
• -Coaching & Performance Monitoring: Review trainee performance, maintain participant scorecards, observe live sales calls, and provide actionable, one-on-one coaching feedback.
• -Logistics & Material Creation: Design training modules, update presentation decks, build interactive exercises/roleplay scenarios, and manage session schedules.
• -Escalation & Problem Solving: Work closely with sales leadership to address performance issues, handle complex queries, and escalation unresolved issues appropriately.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• -Experience: 1.5 + years of experience as a Trainer
• Training Delivery: Proven track record in conducting engaging classroom training sessions, roleplays, and behavioral/sales coaching.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
• Coaching & Evaluation: Ability to analyze sales performance metrics, calibrate targets, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Quick thinker capable of handling candidate escalations and tailoring training methods to varied learning paces.
