Job summary

AGRIM is seeking a customer support professional to provide chat and ticketing based assistance from our Gurugram office. You will resolve customer queries, maintain records, and strive to meet individual performance targets in a fast-growing agri-tech startup.

The role is work-from-office, six days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana, with opportunities to contribute to a scalable B2B marketplace for agri-inputs.

Qualifications
