Job summary

• Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using Amadeus CRS.
• Experience in handling corporate itineraries and airline updates.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and multi-location support.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of ticketing.
• Creation of PNR, issuance, re-issuance, refund, cancellation, date change, voluntary & involuntary changes.
• Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus.
• Willing to work in implants as well as back office.
• Experience in handling International itineraries, corporate fares & airline updates.
• Experience in corporate ticketing background.
• Should be comfortable in rotational shift & rotational week offs.
