Qualifications

Senior Domain Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Domain Consultant to play a strategic, clientfacing leadership role on a large global Logistics & Transportation Client Account.

The role will serve as the primary logistics domain authority, working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal leadership to bring deep industry context, business understanding, and consulting rigor into transformation initiatives across Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP), 3PL, Freight Forwarding, and Postal domains.

Dual Responsibility:

• Operate as a handson individual contributor and trusted domain advisor

Build and scale domain capability within the account by mentoring junior Business Analysts and consultants

Industry & Domain Expertise

• 1215 years of experience in the Logistics / Transportation industry
• Strong handson exposure to one or more of:
• Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP)
• 3PL / Contract Logistics
• Freight Forwarding (Air / Ocean / Multimodal)
• Postal / Hybrid logistics networks
• Strong understanding of the endtoend logistics value chain, including:
• Network operations, hubs & linehaul
• First, middle, and lastmile logistics
• Crossborder logistics, customs, and trade compliance
• Billing, claims, compliance, and regulatory processes
• Exposure to technologyled logistics transformation programs
• Expertise with 1 or more logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, OMS, Parcel Systems) from a business or consulting perspective
• International client interaction or onsite engagement experience

Prior experience supporting presales, solution demos, or deal shaping

International work experience of 2+ years with direct customer interaction

• This is a senior, highvisibility domain leadership role on a global logistics client account
• The role requires daily interaction with client stakeholders and good executive presence
• You will act as the goto logistics industry expert for both the client and internal teams
• You will work closely with delivery and solution teams, ensuring domain relevance and business alignment across projects
