Job summary

Capgemini in India seeks a (Senior) Consultant to join the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment team. You will contribute to end-to-end fulfilment projects for global clients, focusing on order management, logistics, and process improvement.

You will collaborate with Transformation Managers, apply Lean Six Sigma and DGEM methods, analyze client data, prepare business cases, and present recommendations to stakeholders across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the fulfilment area of supply chain.
• Experience in fulfilment platforms implementations and a solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Experience in target operating model design, process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
• Good knowledge and working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is desirable.
• English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at various levels of clients organizations.
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training)
• Experience in project type of work, with frequent client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
• Analyze data and information received from client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
• Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with client in order to complete the assigned deliverables
• Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to client
• Support facilitation of client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
• Interact with client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
• Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention.
• Learn the consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentation of your ideas
• Keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
• Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.)
