Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Halol is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and PM checklists for Parenteral Process equipment. A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation and 3+ years of hands-on experience are required.

You will coordinate with QA and Production, ensure GMP documents are kept per SOP, and lead upgrades of systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance of process equipment.
• Experience with GMP documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1) Sign-off authority as a doer to break down maintenance memo and maintain records.
• 2) Maintain and troubleshoot Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment.
• 3) Perform Preventive Maintenance per schedule and update PM checklist/history card.
• 4) Coordinate effectively with QA and Production departments.
• 5) Handle modification-related activities.
• 6) Lead project work for system/equipment upgrades.
• 7) Manage of modification related activities.
• 8) Ensure GMP documents are maintained per SOP.

Key responsibilities

1. He is authorize to sign (as a doer):

• Break down Maintenance Memo
• Preventive maintenance check list and history card

2. Responsible for Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment’s.

3. As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.

4. Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)

5. Handling of modification related activity.

6. Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipment’s.

7. Handling of Modification related activity.

8. Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
