Job summary

Sun Pharma in Halol is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee HVAC systems and maintenance of parenteral process equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance according to schedule, and ensure PM checklists and history cards are up to date.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation with 3+ years of hands-on experience, coordinating with QA and Production, and maintaining GMP documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
• 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Authorize to sign as a doer: break down Maintenance Memo; maintain preventive maintenance check list and history card.
• Responsible for HVAC breakdowns and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per schedule; update PM check list and history card.
• Coordinate effectively with QA and Production departments.
• Handle modification-related activities.
• Lead project work related to upgrading systems and equipment.
• Handle modifications related to processes and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure GMP documents are maintained as per SOP.

• 2. Responsible for HVAC Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment’s.
• 3. As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.
• 4. Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)
• 5. Handling of modification related activity.
• 6. Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipment’s.
• 7. Handling of Modification related activity.
• 8. Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
